Winmax Pools designs and builds custom swimming pools for villas, compounds, hotels and commercial properties across Doha and Qatar. From the first sketch to the first swim, one team handles engineering, civil works, waterproofing, tiling, equipment and handover — with a workmanship guarantee.

Every project starts with a site visit in Doha to check soil, access and services. We then produce a 3D design with dimensions, depth profile, finishes and equipment so you can see exactly what you are getting before you commit.
Construction follows a fixed sequence: excavation, steel reinforcement and shotcrete shell, plumbing and electrical, waterproofing, tiling or finish, decking and landscaping, then equipment commissioning and water balancing. Each stage is inspected and photographed for your records.
Handover includes a walk-through of the filtration and chemical systems, a maintenance schedule and the option of a monthly care contract so the pool stays in warranty condition.
Residential villa pools, lap pools and plunge pools; rooftop and podium pools with structural waterproofing; compound and hotel pools designed to Qatar public-pool regulations; kids pools, jacuzzis, spas and splash features; indoor pools with dehumidification and heating.
It depends on size, depth, finish, equipment and landscaping — a simple villa pool and a rooftop infinity pool are very different projects. We provide a free, itemised quotation after a site visit so there are no surprises.
Most residential pools take 8 to 12 weeks from excavation to handover. Larger, rooftop or commercial pools take longer. We agree a schedule in writing before starting.
Yes. We prepare the engineering drawings and support the municipality and utility approvals required for pool construction in Qatar.
Glass mosaic and porcelain tiles hold up best to Qatar’s heat, UV and dust. We also install pebble and quartz finishes for a natural look. Our blog compares plaster, pebble and tile finishes in detail.
